   Ukraine's leaders have signed a declaration of intent to join the European Union
2. The process could take years and there is no guarantee of success
3. But Ukraine's President Zelensky says this "must not take decades... We must traverse this path as quickly as possible"
4. Meanwhile, Russia has begun shipping grain from territory its forces are occupying in Ukraine
5. A vessel carrying 7,000 tons of cereal is believed to have left the port city of Berdyansk and travelled to Turkey
6. Kyiv has for weeks accused Russia of stealing its grain from southern Ukraine - something Moscow has denied - and blocking ports, contributing to global food shortages
7. Elsewhere, a child is among 19 people killed in missile strikes on Ukraine's southern Odesa region, emergency services say
